Coins and purchases
- Coin packs are real App Store purchases. If a buy fails or you cancel, Oleinx does not add coins.
- If purchases are off (Screen Time or a device restriction), open Settings, then try again from Wallet.
- Billing, refunds, and Apple ID charges are managed by Apple. Use Report a Problem on the receipt or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Cure reminders
- Reminders are local notifications for the days you choose (such as 7, 14, and 28).
- Allow notifications in iOS Settings if banners never appear.
- Turn the schedule off any time in Me → Cure Reminders.
Photos, camera, and HD export
- Cure photos stay with the batch on this device unless you export.
- HD export asks for Photos access first. If you deny it, Oleinx will not charge coins for that export. You can allow access later in Settings.
- Plaza publish needs a real cover — the latest cure day that has a loadable photo. A placeholder image cannot be published.
Plaza, block, and report
- Sample tickets are studio examples. Your own tickets appear when you share a valid oil table from a batch.
- Block hides that author’s tickets from you. Unblock them in Me → Blocked.
- Report hides that ticket from your feed after you submit a reason. That is intentional so you are not shown material you flagged.
Empty crock after Clear All Data
Clear All Data asks twice. It removes your batches, posts, favorites, blocks, and coins, then brings back the default oils and Plaza sample tickets. Your personal loaves do not return.
Lye calculator
Caustic safety. Sodium hydroxide can burn skin and eyes. The in-app formula is a helper, not a lab protocol. Wear protection, work with ventilation, and follow your supplier’s instructions.
